Hidden Killer Fat
The FDA allows food with up to ½ gram of trans fat per serving to be labeled “0 grams trans fat”, even though a study review from Kansas State University reveals that with every 2 percent increase in your daily consumption of trans fats, your risk of cardiovascular disease goes up 23 percent. Check the fine print; if you see “hydrogenated,” run!
