 Antara kumbhaka- “inhalation breath retention”
 Rechaka- “exhalation”
 Bhaya Kumbhaka- “exhalation breath retention”
• Does not require physical exertion
• Increases oxygen intake
• Rejuvenates cells
o Enhances well-being
o Aides in healing
o Bridge between mind and body
 Unconscious and conscious
 Mind is calm and integrated
